A note from Andrew

Hello, I'm Andrew.

I'm training to become a person-centred counsellor, and I'm not yet qualified to offer sessions of my own. While I complete my training, this site exists to make sure you can find good support today.

If you'd like to know a little more about me, you're welcome to read on.

About me

About Andrew

I'm Andrew Hemmings, and I'm training to become a counsellor.

I'm currently working towards my CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, which I expect to complete in 2027. My approach is person-centred and humanistic — I believe people are best supported when they have a quiet, confidential space to think out loud and be heard without judgement.

Once qualified, I hope to work with adults aged 18 and over who are living with anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, substance misuse, and trauma. For now, I'm focused on training, supervised practice, and learning — and on making sure this site points anyone who needs support today towards the right people.

Status and standards

Andrew is not presenting himself as a qualified or practising counsellor. This site does not offer counselling sessions.
